What is Voce Spesa?
Voce Spesa is an iPhone app that lets you log expenses with your voice: say what you spent and the app recognizes the amount and category on its own, then organizes everything into dashboards, weekly reports and budgets.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only to sign in to your account. Expenses can be logged and viewed even offline: they live on your phone. With Pro you can also enable cloud backup.
Where does my data go?
Into a local database on your iPhone. With Pro you can also save it to the cloud, so you don't lose it when you switch phones.
Does voice recognition really understand English?
Yes: it uses iOS's native speech recognition engine and even understands amounts spoken in words (“twenty-five dollars”) and cents (“nine fifty” becomes $9.50).
What if it gets something wrong?
Before saving you see the suggested amount, description and category: fix them with a tap. Nothing goes into your records without your OK.
Can I use VoceSpesa for free forever?
Yes: the Free plan never expires. It includes 30 expenses a month with voice input, 6 categories and the monthly dashboard, no credit card required.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, at any time from your App Store account settings. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Is there an Android version?
VoceSpesa is currently iPhone-only. Android is under consideration: if you'd like it, let us know through the support page.
